Increased Examples for One Column Layout

We want more examples of how to use our One Column Layout, described in Patterns and Templates --> Layout. Duplicating our current capabilities with one, two, and three column layouts, but only using one column layout.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Example with a sidebar
2. Example with a second bar on the right hand side
