Face swap problem questions

What happened?
I put in the image to be facelifted and the source image correctly, but the facelift doesn't work at all, and the facelift is with a completely different face.

The output message is outputting fine, but I'm not getting any faceswap to the desired source image.

From left to right, the generated image, the face-swapped image, and the source image. There is an issue with the swap being completely different faces. Thanks.
