Consider adding the dependabot instead of Greenkeeper

We used Greenkeeper in the past, but since we discovered dependabot we are not looking back.. It's closing automatically the issues if there is a newer version and rebasing the branch that is outdated.. plus supports package-lock.json out of the box (plus more languages).
