[TW-1866] calender function is off by one week

akendo on 2016-11-02T14:40:53Z says:

When the command task calender is executed without the paramater weekstart=Monday in the .taskrc, the week count displayed in the calender are off by one.

Imported image Focus on the week count of the January weeks. It does start with 2 instead of 1.

When the parameter weekstart=Monday is enabled this problem is no present.

This problem was confirmed by pbeckingham in IRC
