Have you created the local-settings.php and/or local-settings.php ? If so, did you setted the right credentials for the database?

I did, the error is only on these links dashboard/activity dashboard/activity/summary

Thats not possible... that error message is thrown by core/db and its site wide...

I registered as jondoe . now on http://causable.url.ph/dashboard/activity/summary without such error. Somehow your getting the langs but not the texts. ¿Did you run all the db scripts?

while importing the text.sql getting error #1062 - Duplicate entry

You had edit some text maybe. Keep them aside, then change the INSERT by REPLACE on text.sql . Then redo your edited texts (again with REPLACE)
