how to make project highlight

Hello goteo's developers, i dont know how to make a project become highlight to show it on the home page, or what need for a project to become highlight. Because when i add a demo project, it only can be found in the discover project page. Thank you. I'm translating goteo into my local language, i direct alter the 'en' language in the mysql database by a software, it seem not hard :d. I will send to you my local language translation to when (i done or you need it or both). sory for my english,
