Not able to Submit project for evaluation

I am not able to submit a review for evaluation I cannot find any submit or send buttons on the preview step.

Also i keep getting the following error in the logs: mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Method Goteo\Core\View::__toString() must not throw an exception in ........../httpdocs/view/project/edit/preview.html.php on line 0

mash7 - once our project states 'you can send it for reviewing', you should be able to send. You may have some issue with the installation. I would suggest re-installing and trying again.

Did you run all the /db scripts ?

Also check config for mail server. Test it sending a '/contact'.

Try to define the time zone : ex. in the config file using the function date_default_timezone_set('Africa/Casablanca'); worker for me.
