Typing lags badly when there are many words

There are 17,000 characters on the page, and each word is stuck for 1 second, and even 2-3 seconds when deleting

Close the extension and there is no problem.

After trying, I found that the lag is mainly caused by the outline.

That's true. The outline is updated on each keystroke in order to keep track of headings and subheadings. I'll see if it can be optimized but meanwhile, you can disable it on very large docs. thanks.
