How to create train.txt, val.txt and rgb_detection_train.txt and rgb_detection_val.txt files for different dataset?

Hello,

I am currently working on WAYMO dataset and I wrote scripts for converting the dataset into kitti format. I would like to create the above-mentioned files. Could you please provide me information on how are the files created?
