Please add a jsk rerun cmd, because if i have written lots of long code, i need to rewrite it to run it

If this was added I think it would be better to have a reaction to redo the command instead of the rerun command idea. I also think it may be good to have it as another Jishaku flag for people that don't want the behavior?
