The requested quantity is not available. - Possible bug for backorder products

I believe I have run into a bug with this FPC module.

We allow backorders on our website - we have had random situations where visitors are incorrectly receiving "The requested quantity is not available."

The only thing that I can think of is that somehow the module is interfering with this.

Is there a way to have this module ignore product quantities for backorders, or if I'm not getting across properly - whatever solution so that the module doesn't affect this backorder functionality?

Is this still actual? Do you have catalog_product_view in Cachable actions?
