Snap package doesn't download files

When installed as snap, it doesn't download files. Stuck as on screnshot below

No logs. How to get them?

Additional context

Set in advanced settings TCP instead of Unix to use with browser extension, but still doesn't work, either by adding link locally or via browser extension.
