【Bug】下载器无法下载&web端拦截下载链接到客户端后无反应

起初是因为web端安装插件后点击下载无反应，之后发现连复制粘贴链接后也无法下载
我的问题排查过程： 1、网络问题，禁用扩展后浏览器可以正常下载。 2、VPN问题，将代理关闭后gopeed还是无法下载。 3、IDM问题，将IDM卸除后gopeed还是无法下载。 4、host问题，我去看了一眼hosts文件，里面空空如也。 之后就不知道还有什么问题会有这种bug了，还请大佬帮忙看看检查检查！！！

换一个国内的资源试试呢，看起来就是正常的网络问题导致的超时

一开始下载的时候就有这个问题了，卸除之后我下的是portable版本，第三次安装把程序所在目录删了再重新用exe安装
是完全卸载之后重新安装的吗，还是覆盖安装的，如果是从某个旧版本覆盖安装过去可能就会出现这个问题
