I made an unofficial chrome extension until an official one is made

Only adds a right click option to download to a gopeed server on any link. Hopefully it helps other people

Good job bro, I plan to create a new repository on the GopeedLab organization to develop the official browser extension.

However, it is not the right time yet. It still need to wait for gopeed-js to be finished, and then I will start working on the browser extension.
