Download size exceeds file size. Download doesn't finish(1.7.1)

This bug has resurfaced in version 1.7.1, while downloading large files, download size exceeds file size and the download doesn't stop.

This happens in download links without resume support.

If a download without resume fails or is paused, the download restarts from 0, but it is shown as continuing from the point where it was paused or failed

Sure, any download from https://new4.scloud.ninja/ does not support resume.

Their download links expire after 10 minutes so I just put in the site
