Delete and keep files does not call announce stop

I think it is because it does not drop the torrent.

How to repo:

  • add logs on announce call, example add HttpRequestDirector to https://github.com/GopeedLab/gopeed/blob/3262e5a11b04cb7e84c9af7dac9175eeb8505bdb/internal/protocol/bt/fetcher.go#L80
  • use ui add a torrent
  • click on delete and checked keep downloaded files
