Adding loading="lazy" on iframe drastically boost the performance score in Page Speed Insights. I tested it on one of my page with multiple YT videos and saw a massive improvement. https://web.dev/iframe-lazy-loading/

Could you add loading="lazy" in the iframe ?

It would benefit people who are embedding YT videos on their websites and provide a better user experience. Content editors don't need to modify anything as well. Simply copy paste into CMS.
