RTL: Unable to use arrows to advance page carousel

Bug Description

For a story with multiple pages (gt 6), if use switches to RTL, then the page carousel at the bottom of the canvas is sort of stuck ... it is not possible to use the arrows to move focus within the carousel.

Expected Behaviour

In LTR, the page carousel can be navigated using the arrow buttons. The same should be possible in RTL. In addition, since the orientation has changed, the direction of movement of pages should be reflected in the arrow directions as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/edit a story with more than 6 pages
2. Go to the middle page (i.e. page 3)
3. Switch from LTR to RTL
4. Observe the page carousel in the bottom of editor canvas -

Issue: It is not possible to click on the carousel arrows and navigate the pages.
