Release of version 0.17 of the frontend for prometheus

We never released 0.16 fully; we decided to skip it and work on 0.17. We should be cutting it within next week, with the release aimed by September.

Once we cut 0.17 in OSS we could get frontend even sooner too if needed (~next week).

I've been following the releases.

I was referring to the work done to release version 0.17.

For example, the release branch doesn't exist yet. I don't see a roadmap of the tasks and PRs that are being included in this version.

But I appreciate your response and hope the version is released as soon as possible.
