Add an extra tool / dashboard / etc that can parse the Workload's tester's results and convert them into more meaningful metrics

There are a couple of ways to do this:

1. Create a new tool that processes the results stored in the JSON files
2. Create new result processors that do this by sending the results to BigQuery and have them analyzed there
