Adding .skip for now to till resolution of issue below. (Per https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/nodejs-docs-samples/pull/3464)

Describe the issue

The test is referencing a gaming GCP project that has recently changed permissions (or removed from org), which is blocking ability to that project's gke cluster that the tests requires. Either we reuse the original cloud node GCP project or modify permissions of the Agones gaming GCP.
