Update whereami readme to reflect current grpcurl & curl binary versions

In https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes-engine-samples/blob/main/whereami/README.md#notes there's a sample run image that buildpacks can use as a baseline to include the needed binaries whereami uses - it is currently out of date; the latest and greatest is listed in https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes-engine-samples/blob/main/whereami/Dockerfile
