[WIP] k8s-sandbox in main

Bringing back changes from #433 for hosted agent, using this PR for visibility and to break up changes into smaller pieces

I think these are the pieces I can split the PR into:

  1. Introducing use-sandbox and image flags to cmd/main.go
  2. UI changes to see sessions on the side bar
  3. Introducing docs and yaml configurations for setting up the hosted version
