FR: Gradle & SBT projects should get tested...

It doesn't appear that either `.sbt` or `build.gradle` projects are being tested. They should be. Now that we have the `btlr` tool, it should be easy to add the code.

test: add got to assertion message

Adds the actual change text that was received to the assertion message so the log will contain a hint as to why the test seems to be flaky. cc @Neenu1995...
