KMS EC .NET 5/6 sample update

Since .NET 5/6 have been released for some time now, this example, as per the comments, can now be updated.

There's some CI work we need to do first. See #1257 to track that. I'll get to it as soon as possible. In the meantime this can be considered blocked.
