Remove Gemini Code Assist dependency from Cloud Code plugin

Expected Behavior

I'd expect to be able to enable this plugin without dependencies on Gemini Code Assist, which requires a separate paid subscription.

  • IDE type (e.g. IntelliJ, Pycharm): IntelliJ IDEA
  • IDE version: Ultimate 2025.1.2
  • Cloud Code version (Settings > Plugins > Cloud Code): 25.5.1-233-api-version-223

It's possible to disable the GCA (GEmini status bar -> Settings), and hide the GCA toolwindow completely. IDE will save the settings.
