Build Node Applications with rush

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a mono repo and I depend on other directories in the repo to build my component. How I can build the project? ( ie rush build with multiple components)

is this GOOGLE_BUILDABLE[1] supported for nodejs buildpack as well?
