@GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-tools-for-java This is not compatible with the gcloud SDK based Maven Plugin.

The appengine-gcs-client appears to help access GCS from GAE including using and calling internal DevAppServer1 methods.

Aware of it, but not looking at it. In general, we need to start testing Cloud API with the standard runtimes, officially.
