Tracking updates to ASM script for Terraform module

Within the ASM Terraform module we use native Terraform resources for enable_gcp_apis and enable_gcp_iam_roles. We propose adding comments within install_asm as a reminder to update these values or open an issue against the module if any changes are made to ensure users installing via TF are not broken.
