Boutique Namespaces not Injected

is there any reason we don't label the boutique namespaces for injection? If you apply all the yamls in the boutique folder, the app will not be injected, and will not work through the gateway...

No reason I can think of, other than I think they were just mirrored from another repo. If labeling them won't mess with any of the Cloud docs currently published I'll approve a PR.
