[Bug]: Revert YamlTemplate once Beam 2.57.0 is released

What happened?

The YamlTemplate needs to be reverted to remove Jinja functionality once the Beam version for the repo is updated to 2.57.0 as that adds jinja functionality directly.

i.e. #1500
