Improve the experience with with the sidebar navigation

Feature Request

Description: The Sidebar navigation should outline the selected section; when the user selects one specific page inside PSAT, the extensions should expand the group and highlight the selected section. The current behavior only highlights the section when the parent group is expanded[check the recorded videos].

The ideal scenario is, for example, when RWS is open, Site Boundaries should be expanded, and the RWS option should be highlighted. If the user opens another section, for example, Topics. Private advertising should open, and Site Boundaries should collapse.

Motivation: Give a clear view of where the user is located inside the extension.

User Story: As a user, I want to have a visual indication of his/her selection so that I have visual feedback on where the section is located.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] When the user selects on section, the parent section should be expanded
• [ ] When the current section is expanded, the previous section should collapse
