Web Share and Share Target are shipped on desktop
On the Fugu tracker it looks like Web Share and Web Share target are only shipped on Android. Chrome OS has full support while Windows only has Share API, no Share Target.
Fixing ChromeStatus should fix the tracker. Once you have changed the info there, give the tracker a day to redeploy. After confirming it worked, please close this issue. Thank you!
The ChromeStatus entries say they've shipped on desktop in M89, is there a specific field that needs updating for Fugu Tracker to pick up on?
If you search for "web share" in the Fugu Tracker, you will find several entries, since it has shipped separately for Mac, Windows, "desktop", etc. The same goes for "web share target", but the bugs are still not fixed (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list?q=summary%3A%22web%20share%20target%22&can=2). I think the reason it doesn't show up is this change, where @ewilligers has removed the other OS labels. You can try adding them again (this could also work for Web Share).
