New Toggle Options for Emulation

It would be super helpful to have an Emulator option to quickly toggle some of the same settings that are nested under the second toolbar's Rendering menu in the inspector.

I often need to toggle back and forth between light/dark and screen/print, so having these emulation settings handy—especially without needing to dig through my inspector or even open it—would be great.
