Screen Wake Lock should be listed as Baseline Newly available

Screen Wake Lock(https://webstatus.dev/features/screen-wake-lock) is supported by all browsers and should be listed as Baseline Newly available (currently labeled as "limited")

We consume what is provided by the web-features repo. Currently, they mark baseline as false. Can you make an issue there? Once you do, we'll close this one.

This one took a little more investigation than popover.

The actual status is derived from some upstream browser compat data, specifically a note on Safari for iOS that marked it as partially implemented. I think the problem is sufficiently qualified that it doesn't merit the partial implementation flag; I've sent https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/pull/24720 to fix this (though I can't unilaterally make the change—we'll see if others agree).
