[ENHANCEMENT] Query by WPT Data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On the overview page, we show Web Platform Test Scores but the user cannot narrow their results based on the scores.

Describe the solution you'd like The query syntax should be expanded to query by Web Platform Test data.

Building on my suggestion in this comment, the syntax should be browser:wpt:channel:[operator][value] or browser:wpt:channel:[value1]..[value2]
