Clicking on the chart doesn't refresh the tooltip

Visiting say https://webstatus.dev/features/popover and clicking on various points in the chart produces nice little tooltips with stats. However, if you keep clicking on other points the tooltip isn't being reset, it just accumulates the details of what you click:

This behavior of accumulating points in the tooltip is due to the "multi-select" mode. You can deselect any of the points as well by clicking them again, but there ought to be an easy way to clear the selection of all points. Alternatively, we could enable multi-selection via a click-modifier, such as control-click.

Oh, interesting. Given that control-click already does multi-selection I think single click should default to non-multi-click behavior.
