Visually noisy layout of "cards" on details pager

The uneven height of the Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari/Baseline cards is visually not pleasing IMHO.

Note that this happens even when all of the data is available, just to a lesser extent. From https://webstatus.dev/features/align-content-block:

Yes, I noticed this too, and the empty WPT results look like an issue with the page instead of missing values. I'm thinking the cards should all have the same height (including the Baseline card) and when we don't have a WPT score, it should say N/A
