Currently Firefox only supports FID out of the 4 metrics surfaced in the extension. So I'm not sure how useful the extension would be until they support more of these metrics.

The Largest Contentful Paint API is tracked in Bug 1722322, while the Implement Layout Instability API is tracked in Bug 1651528. For the former, it looks like this could be ready to land soon, as it already has a series of several patches in review...
