BAC (basic access control) For ID Card Scanning With NFC

Hello, I am currently working on a project that includes ID Card scanning with NFC. I guess I need to do BAC ( basic access control) first by providing some information like document number and date of birth to the card to reach the information. I could not find any way to manage that step, I would like to know if there is a proper way for it.
