How to download Scan sample and modify it ?

Hi everyone I am triyng to download the Scan.html and scan.js files in my Git in order to create a Web app for my sensor so I can check on graphs the values of my sensor. I tried to dowmload the Zip file of samples and put it on my git but here is what I get.

Does anyone know what is the problem cause I downloaded all the file. How can I recreate the Scan example on my git and modify it ? If you also have any tuto on the way your html files are include I'd be happy to read it cause I have found nothing on the {&include filename&} .... Thanks
