Windows 10 navigator.bluetooth.requestLEScan not working

I have successfully ran the navigator.bluetooth.requestLEScan on Mac and on Android using Chrome, yet on windows 10 devices I get the chooser, yet no devices are presented. The regular requestDevice works fine.
