[Presentation API] Presentation API demo needs to be updated to use 1-UA mode

The demo app tries to use Cast directly through the API (not via the SDK) which is not currently supported. It should be updated to use 1-UA mode.

@mfoltzgoogle Do you have bugs we can track for these below?

Investigate why .close() and .terminate() are not firing events on 1-UA. Investigate why .close() is not firing an event on 2-UA.
