Merge extension pages

Two extension pages exist showing off external extensions. Merge them and redirect the removed one.

Just wanted to confirm that these are the two pages in question. Any preference on which one should stay? If I had to choose I'd keep/merge this one.

Correct, Extension Gallery and Sample Extensions are the pages. Merge Gallery into Samples.
