Document Async Operations Brekpoints

Async Operation Breakpoints seem to be quickly being introduced. Documentation should exist for this shortly after the issue is marked as fixed.

This issue will be labelled as Low Priority now since I'm unsure of how far off this is from being completed. Once it is completed it is High Priority since it introduces new functionality.
