Document usefulness of different view modes

Drawing from the conversation in crbug about this, I feel it would be nice for us to actually explain when it might be best to use the different view modes to people.

I do have a branch with this work started. It is here. Still needs some work before pushing, but if anyone wants to take that up while I'm busy with other things go ahead.

Otherwise I'll try to get this done later this week and push it in.
