Some restructuring for the user-agent page:

• Lead with the general format structure: https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/#unified-format
• Explain the tokens: https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/#token-reference
• Provide the link out to UA-CH explaining that there are equivalent hints for the parts of the string: https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/#ua-token-to-ua-ch-mapping
• Move on to examples and group them in separate headings for:
  • Chrome on desktop
    • Provide a link out to https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/#updates for legacy user-agent examples from Chrome 107 and earlier.
  • Chrome on Android
    • Provide a link out to https://www.chromium.org/updates/ua-reduction/#updates for legacy user-agent examples from Chrome 110 and earlier.
  • Chrome on iOS
  • WebView on Android
