Change Chrome Status to Chromium Status

Long term, we need to generalize this site for other Chromium forks, especially not that Microsoft engineers are contributing to the platform. The low-handing fruit is to change the branding Chrome to Chromium. I propose two things:

[ ] Chance visible text in site headers from Chrome to Chromium [ ] Replace the multi-colored Chrome logo with the blue Chromium log

I think we should hold off on this until we have a clearer picture of what we want. My perspective is that there's value in making this site generally representative and useful for all chromium projects, but we likely also need something that represents what's in Chrome the browser, which today this site is. So until we have a better picture of what might be best with all that taken into account, I think we should leave things as is, and leave this issue open.
