Describe the bug

This comment was added to the "Enterprise" review gate, but the email does not show that https://chromestatus.com/feature/5094763339710464?gate=5190042223116288

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait for someone to add a comment to a review gate
2. Look at resulting email

Expected behavior Email should say "comment was added to the Enterprise review status" or something like that
