Feature page could use some visual design / UX love.
My usecases are centered around understanding more about the features that we've previously shipped. The feature pages are challenging to use.
Generally I think some lightweight visual design fixes from a designer would go a long way.
But here's some specific thoughts…
- The explainer is generally super useful but it's not in the overview box. The explainer can do a better job than the Overview's Motivation, especially since explainers often have code examples.
- The "estimated milestones" section is very tall. And if multiple platform have the same results, it'd be great to collapse them.
- I do love the spec/github/crbug link chips. Those are excellent.
- The metadata block repeats a lot of things in Overview. I'm guessing it's there for feature editors to verify? As a non-editor it's unclear why it repeats a bunch of info.
- Vertically the page is just very tall. There seems to be opportunity to design things so it's more condensed with a higher signal:noise ratio. Many of the "no information provided yet fields could be collapsed somehow. Also, take this bit:

Steve Schoger used to have some great content on UX for visual clarity. Aside from spelunking in his twitter, I think the https://www.refactoringui.com/ book should cover it.
